Compass Digital, Why us?
Compass Digital have assembled a team of experienced designers and developers who bring unique skills and specialisations to each project we undertake. Based in Loughrea, co. Galway we have been providing web site solutions for a growing and geographically diverse client base since 2010.
We build fully-customised web applications that provide for a range of needs, such as event management, bilingual websites, private/ cloud-based systems, e-commerce as well as brochure and portfolio and mobile-responsive sites.
Our clients are from the government, semi-state, academic or private sectors, including blue chip corporate.
Client sectors include banking, manufacturing, academic, tourism, health, professional services, genealogy.
Our clients are based in Ireland, the UK, Denmark and New Zealand.
We prefer the Drupal CMS framework because of its superior scalability, high quality code and complementary extensions. As well as its impressive range of adaptability.
However we do develop within the Wordpress platform when client preference and/ or need requires.

Dawnlough is a Galway-based manufacturer of precision parts for the medical devices and aeronautics industries. This is a custom design Drupal CMS build. -
Drupal website for accounting system service provider. Tandem focus their business on providing a full accounting service for contractors. -
Saxobank is a Danish investment bank with a strong focus on online trading and private wealth management. It is a heavy sponsorship commitment to cycling and are sponsors of the Danish cycling team. They required a private online portal to manage an exclusive corporate entertainment programme. The website allowed Saxobank managers to manage their corporate invites to a number of cycling events. We used Drupal Organic Groups as a basis for the organisation of the site, allowing members to be invited to specific events. -
Drupal website for executive travel agency. The site promoted a range of sporting and cultural events, allowing the user to contact ChampionsClub about specific events. Custom theme, with Zen as base. -
Health and Harmony provide alternative health care to the people of east Galway. They have a strong focus on massage and acupuncture. We provided a responsive Drupal website for the future upscaling to an e-commerce portal. Custom theme, with adaptive as base. -
The Energy Services Union currently represents over 1,400 employees of the Electricity Supply Board (ESB), Ireland's leading electricity supplier. The ESU required a content management system to better provide for the needs of its members and delegates. It combines static information about the ESU, simplifies the joining procedure and highlights contact information of delegates for members.Compass Digital built the site on the Drupal platform using Brandcentral designs. It includes news sections and galleries. It also has a private members area where documents for delegates and news can be published. -
Standalone PHP application for Norwegian IT company. This was effectively a short quiz that returned a score. Results were emailed to the client and user.
